In an effort to bring the best real estate buys in Boise, Idaho I look for housing that would be good for a buyer or an investor. I look for a minimum of three bedrooms, two baths, at least 1,200 square feet and a two-car garage.
This week I would like to share something I found on the City of Boise's website about Sustainability and Historic Preservation in Boise.
There is a walking tour of eight buildings in the downtown Boise area that use geothermal heat. The buildings were all built between 1901 and 1930. The homes that are available on our best real estate buys in Boise, Idaho are priced from $49,500 to $210,990. They are all priced at $50 or less per square foot. They include the house, garage and lot.
