Another week has gone by and I have more best real estate buys in Boise, Idaho. I make a point to search for homes that will be resaleable. I look for at least three-bedrooms, at least 2-baths, and at least a 2-car garage.
When I look for best buys I try to find homes that are priced well for what they offer.

Most of these homes could be good for either homeowner-occupied or tenant-occupied.
Our market has had an adjustment over the last four years and now seems to have been stable so now is the time to buy before we see interest rates increase and erase all the possible savings by having prices lower.
